
Here at SMEX ED, we are all about helping women embrace sexual expression in whatever form they feel comfortable with. Recently, we have received a lot of messages asking for guidance on how to take spicy photos. We decided for this month to give a Spicy Photo Tutorial to help our readers feel more comfortable showcasing their bodies.
The video below goes over the poses that I recently learned while participating in my first first boudoir style photoshoot. This specific tutorial focuses on showcasing your booty. These style photos are fantastic for women who want to send spicy photos but might not want their face to be seen in any of them.
During this tutorial I focus on 4 poses while giving you tips & tricks on how to feel more comfortable posing. Remember, your body is beautiful and these photos are meant to empower you into feeling more confident and sexy

THE MIRROR POSE

Place the camera on a window sill or in a tripod on the right far side of you. Take a wide stance with your legs (take up space) and place your hands on top of the mirror. Start to lean your chest forward between your arms, think downward dog in yoga. Basically you want to attempt to get your chest as close to the mirror as possible. Look up or forward, close your eyes, and capture the photo
THE WALL POSE

Stagger one of your legs in front of the other and bend your knee. Set the camera towards the floor facing upward. Place your arms on the wall and slide them upwards, bringing your chest as close to the wall as possible. If you aren’t wearing heels, try and stand on your tip toes to add extra height and definition to your legs and glutes.
COUCH OR DESK POSE

Find something in your space to “bend over” This pose can work for a chair, a couch, a desk, whatever you want to use. Kneel down in front of the object, placing one knee in front of the other. Place your hands on the object and push your booty up and a little bit backwards. You want to create an arch in your lower back as well. Take the photo from directly behind you.
LAYING DOWN POSE

Lay down on your belly, either on a bed, floor, or couch. The objective of this pose is to “inch worm” the front of your body backwards while lifting your hips up into the air as high as possible. Act like there is a string pulling your hips upwards. Keep one of your legs flat, while placing the other one facing the ceiling. Snap the photo from above
